I have used 302 SS tubes Outer tube -Ve Inner tube +Ve Observations 0. Conditionig of 7 days,Do not use calcium hydroxide for conditioning it creates powder like soft coting,Blocking of tubes. 1. Use of bifiler coil reduces output and consumes more currnet. Both with 5V and 12V Supply. 2. No Coil only pulse generation. with 12V@1A (12Watt) it does not produce good HHO, But with 5V@2Amps (10Watt) it gives good result. 3. From above result. More current more output. 4. I tried same tubes with boost converter, reduced output of HHO. 5. Second attempt with buck converter with 5V gives best results. 6. Buck Converter with 12V No change in output only Watt consumption is increased. 7. as per stan mayer, more voltage less current is good. In stan mayer electrolysis inner tube is -Ve and outer is +ve. 8. In my case less voltage high current gives good results. 9. Clean the electrodes after red scum formation stops and condition it again, Do not use 302 SS, red scum formation never stops.
